The Sweatworking Collective journey began in November, 2018.

It is the passion project of Geelong, Victoria local, Ali Brennan and was born out of a desire to connect regional women from all walks of life through fun, informal, purposeful events and workshops designed to focus on supporting the three key elements of our mental health and overall wellbeing through the mind, body and soul - while encouraging women to feel safe to be themselves and share their stories.

This is not an exclusive space for women in business, this is an inclusive space for ALL women.

Our goal is to provide you with a kind and authentic environment to connect, collaborate and learn while supporting you to put your wellbeing in focus and gently challenge you in a non-judgemental space.

"The Sweatworking woman is authentic, accountable, purposeful,

kind and collaborative" - Ali
