LA Movement is lead by founder and ex. Ninja Warrior Larn Haintz.


We specialise in group fitness training, personal training and kids ninja fitness classes

(yes, Ninja-Warrior style!).

In a group session you will train with like-minded people in a fun and challenging environment. Sessions include; boxing, matt Pilates, strength, circuit and sweat classes. Each designed to improve your fitness, strength, speed, endurance, muscle tone, and burn fat.

We also love to share and chat about nutritional advice, provide one-on-one stretch sessions (a perfect way to slow down, reset the mind, stretch out

and energise your bod) and Person training.

LA Movement is a place for everyone, so kids Ninja Fitness classes are also offered. Classes for kids aged 8 to 12 and all abilities are welcome. These sessions are designed to increase confidence, improve co-ordination, fitness, strength, motor skills and is also a great opportunity to make friends in a fun supportive environment. Obstacle training is extremely beneficial for kids mental wellbeing not just their physical health.
